Caturday Yoga

Take a deep breath and let the stress of the week melt away. Spend an hour relaxing and rejuvenating while using active stretching to help lengthen and strengthen your body. Proper stretching helps prevent injuries, increase energy and contributes to the body being in balance. Weather permitting, this yoga class will take place outside on our second floor patio (without cats) — stairs are required. Young folks 14+ are welcome to attend.
