Bamboo

Bamboo is a sweet, adventurous, and sassy cat. She is blind and incredibly intelligent – she is very good at navigating spaces, though she does occasionally run into walls. She is very playful, affectionate, and is quite the chatty lady in the mornings. She is 10 years old, but has the spirit of a much younger cat (although she wants to emphasize, cats aren't considered seniors until they're 11!). She loves to play, and has a good amount of energy for a cat her age! She will make a great companion for anyone who loves to cook (she will sit by your feet the whole time, ensuring everything is running smoothly) and loves to hangout with you on the couch for as long as you’ll let her. She loves being around people, but is also happy to hang out alone while you're at work. She can occasionally get overstimulated, but she gives clear warning signs when she is ready to hang by herself for a bit. Overall, a very sweet and loving gal!

This cat would prefer to be adopted alone and be the only cat in the home.

Bamboo was rescued with dental issues and had surgery. We would be thrilled for a potential adopter to provide a larger adoption donation (between $250 and $400 total) and/or assistance crowdsourcing funds towards their necessary vet bills if possible.
