Wallace

Wally (Wallace is his business name) is a healthy male cat that is about 1-2 years old. He was recently rescued from the neighborhood of Sunset Park, Brooklyn and is ready for his forever home.

Wally is a very smart, affectionate, friendly, and curious tabby cat. He arrived with the guarantee of providing an unlimited amount of head bumps and he’s been nothing but true to his word! Wally has excellent communication skills and will vocalize, playfully rub against you, nestle onto your lap for a cuddle. His purring might lull you both to sleep. 

Wally loves to hang out and stay close! He may push his head against your leg or stay close at bedtime. Being a patron of the arts and fan of fine entertainment, Cat TV is a favorite pastime; Wally loves any YouTube channel that streams birds, bugs, and marine life. He loves to burn off his energy exploring the nooks and crannies of his environment and will be endlessly curious about the world around him – he’d love a sun perch to look out the window. While he is still discovering what toys are and how to play with them, he seems to prefer ones that aren't too flashy or noisy. A cat tree or cat shelves are great ways to keep Wally's agility and playful spirit fulfilled. He longs for security and his adopter should be someone who can reassure him that he is safe in his new home and build a trusting bond with him.

Wally will also have plenty of chatter at meal time, it is his favorite time of day! He prefers wet food and is not a picky eater when it comes to flavors. This young fellow cleans his plate at every meal and enjoys leisurely grooming and napping soon afterward. Wally is a very sweet and easy-going cat. He would be a great companion for someone who works from home or has a hybrid schedule. Young children might make him nervous, a peaceful and tranquil environment might bring out the best in this charming boy and he might do well with other cats.

This cat can be adopted with a friend or as a single cat.
